John Lennon & Yoko Ono performed the famous that many of us know and love called Give Peace a Chance; recorded by André Perry. The reports did interviews in the hotel room of the Elizabeth Hotel. There were interviews and musical performances.
Throughout these 50 years since the Bed-In took place, artists have made references to it as well as take the important message of peace in different ways. Examples include Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong and his wife Adrienne did a bed-in with a poster that said: “Make Love Not War.” Some singer mentioned it in their songs or music videos. The message behind this event remains powerful to this day.
