Single Saturdays: Fovelle & Naïma Frank – Amnésie

Canadian artists Fovelle & Naïma Frank released a new single, Amnésie (amnesia). Naïma Francisque and Jean-Christophe Maisonneuve-Audet wrote and composed the song. The story is about living in the moment.

The music is Dance. It gives the song a fun 70s Disco vibe. There’s a dynamic, wavy rhythm. The eclectic sound provides the tune with great beats. Naïma Francisque and Jean-Christophe Maisonneuve-Audet did excellent work with the intricate composition.

Fovelle & Naïma Frank make a fun duet. Their voices complement each other nicely. They sing softly with heart and soul. Both artists sound determined when discussing moving on from a failed relationship.

The lyrics are poetic. The words are simple but say so much. The repetition reminds me of going in circles when trying to move on. Forgetting someone is challenging, and the song demonstrates that perfectly. It has lovely poetry, rich in subtle meaning by saying very little.

The single Amnésie is available.
