November 10, 2021, the 55th Annual CMA Awards took place, an event hosted by Country singer Luke Bryan. The performances were incredible, and the party feeling was vibrant and bold.

*Dierks Bentley, Hardy, & Breland – Beers on Me

The trio sang magnificently together, with energy and joy

*Eric Church – Heart on Fire 

He sang with heart and passion.

* Ashley McBryde & Carly Pearce – Never Wanted to Be That Girl

It was a heartfelt and touching duet where the women performed about tough subjects regarding relationships and being the “other woman.” 

*Zach Brown Band – Same Boat

The band gave a fantastic performance.

*Gabby Barrett – The Good Ones

She sang this lovely song with heart and soul.

*Chris Young & Kane Brown – Famous Friends

They gave a remarkable performance, upbeat and entertaining.

*Jason Aldean & Carrie Underwood – If I Didn’t Love You

First time performing the song anywhere live. Their duet was beautiful and heartfelt.

*Blake Shelton – Come Back as a Country Boy

He gave a touching performance about life as a Country boy, full of heart.

*Keith Urban – Wild Hearts

He sang with heart and passion, full of inspiration and hope.

*Mickey Guyton, Brittney Spencer & Madeline Edwards – Love My Hair

A song in honour of Louisiana teen Faith Fennidy – a girl – was a touching performance that inspires people to love themselves and not care what others think. It’s inspirational and full of hope.

*Old Dominion – I Was on a Boat That Day

The band gave an excellent performance that was upbeat and invited the audience to dance along.

*Chris Stapleton – Cold

He gave a heartfelt and touching performance. 

*Luke Combs – Doin’ This

First time performing it live

His performance was moving and profound.

*Thomas Rhett – Country Again

He gave a heartwarming about life in Tennesee and being a Country boy. He sang from the heart.

*Dan + Shay – I Should Probably Go To Bed

The Country duo sang with depth and rhythm, covering the relatable subject of heartbreak.

*Jennifer Hudson & Chris Stapleton: A fantastic tribute to Aretha Franklin

  • Night Life
  • You Are My Sunshine

Jennifer Hudson and Chris Stapleton paid a heartwarming and beautiful homage to the late Aretha Franklin, the queen of Soul.

*Jimmie Allen – Freedom was a Highway

His performance was upbeat and full of passion.

*Brothers Osborne – Younger Me

The band’s performance was profound and full of hope and inspiration.

*Luke Bryan – Up

He gave an impressive performance of his upbeat song Up.

*Russell Dickerson invited a Utah Sarah, a teen who lost her legs in an accident, to the CMA awards 

*Crown Royal and Chris Young organize an event honouring the US military as a way to give back

The 55th Annual CMA Awards were fantastic to watch. Good job to Luke Bryan in hosting last night’s Country Music Awards. The artists gave excellent performances, full of enthusiasm and passion.
