South African group The Kiffness has a new single out entitled Antibodies. The song is a parody of the Backstreet Boys – Everybody/ Backstreet Back. It’s about having the antibodies to fight COVID-19, as an homage to those fighting the virus.
The music is pop. The beat is similar to the original version, with slight differences. It starts from slow to fast, then back to slow again. The composition is simplistic but catchy and incredible.
The Kiffness lead singer David Scott’s voice is husky and bold. He sings with a good rhythm.
The lyrics are simple but expressive and raise the importance of wearing a mask. It also focuses on how essential it is to have a healthy immune system. The song is short but to the point.
