American singer Jason Aldean has released a new album entitled 9. The overall themes are love, heartbreak, and the journey through life.
The music is Country music mixed with Hard Rock. The guitar in the background complements the album. The sound is edgy and catchy with an incredible quality composition. The song “We Back” has a fantastic mix of two musical genres. Other tunes, such as Blame It On You, Keeping It A Small Town and Talk About Georgia, have a mellow sound. The composition of the album is smooth.
Jason Aldean’s voice is husky and expressive. He captures the sentiments of each tune with a confident attitude and style.
The lyrics are full of raw emotions, which gives the sense that it’s from the heart. The storytelling aspect of the songs, with incredible detail, makes them genuine. The poetry of the words is well-written and well-structured. Many of the songs talk about either living in a small town or dealing with a breakup. The incredible metaphors and cultural references play a significant role in the album’s overall vibe.
The album 9 is now available.
Side Note:

November 25, 2019
This week I attended a live taping of Good Morning America in which Jason Aldean was the musical guest. He performed the song We Back. I also caught a sneak peek of his performance for another show Strahan, Sara and Keke, where he sang Camouflage Hat. I saw the interview conducted by Sara Haines and Keke Palmer. It was a joy to hear the story about the origin of the album’s name.
