Single Saturdays: Eugene Kurolap – Now Is Always New

Australian singer Eugene Kurolap released a new single, Now Is Always New. The song is about fighting hate and fear by being positive and open-minded and about living in the present moment. Eugene Kurolap wrote and composed the tune.

The music is Folk. The rhythm is smooth and wavy, creating an incredible composition to reflect mixed emotions of uncertainty and hope. It reminds me of two songs by Swiss Pop star Bastian Baker: Earrings on a Table and Give Me Your Heart. The musicians Ariel Basso (trumpet), Zach Levine (bass), and Nick Boutwell (accordion) are fantastic at creating the vibe of contemplation, self-reflection, and soul-searching. The song has an incredible blend of musical styles, combining Folk with Jazz-style beats. It starts with the slow bass and then smoothly blends with the trumpet and the accordion. The harmony of instruments is fantastic, each playing at the right moment to reflect a specific mood, going from upset to hopeful. Eugene Kurolap did an excellent job composing this touching song.

Eugene Kurolap is husky and smooth. He sings this heartfelt song with heart and soul, and his vocal style is impressive. The background vocals, Ariel Basso and Matt Mobley, create a dynamic vibe by singing “Oooh” in the background. The blend of voices is perfect and well-thought-out.

The lyrics are profound and poetic. The song is heartfelt prose with fantastic freestyle writing. In terms of the lyrical flow, it reminds me of Queen’s classic hit Bohemian Rhapsody. The lyrics have remarkable depth, discussing the importance of changing a negative mindset from living in fear to having love and hope to make the world a better place. Even though the paragraph is short, it speaks volumes about how many feel about today’s world. Eugene Kurolap did a remarkable job using the “a little goes a long way” approach. He chose his words with great precision and lots of thought. His writing style is rich in language and imagination.

The single Now Is Always New is available.
