February 4, 2024, the 66th Grammy Awards took place. Trevor Noah hosted the music event. He did an excellent job hosting the awards for the fourth year. He had a fun and witty sense of humour throughout the event.
Trevor Noah introduced the opening act of the 66th Grammy Awards. The show started with Dua Lipa performing her latest single, Houdini. She also incorporated a sample of her song from the movie Barbie, Dance the Night Away.
After that theatrical performance, Trevor Noah gave a funny, clever and classy monologue. It was also dynamic and interactive. He did great work as the host, including introducing presenters, musical acts and the stories of artists’ music or albums. The introduction of the singers before their performance, describing their work about their song or record, is a lovely touch, different from previous Grammys over the years.
