The music is Country and Holiday. The Country music touch on classics is an excellent detail. The compositions are incredible. The band, a group of impressive musicians playing guitar, saxophone, etc.) conveys the Christmas spirit through their music. Winter Wonderland follows the rhythm of the original classic and a modern Country touch. The piece It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year has incredible music, including the drums that give it a dynamic take on the holiday classic. Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas is a beautiful Country ballad that feels cozy and intimate. The saxophone in the background- gives it a lovely Jazzy touch. The piece It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas has an old-fashioned upbeat rhythm that parallels Country music from the 60s/70s. The Country spin of these four Christmas songs is fantastic and adds charm.
Thomas Rhett’s voice is cheerful and hopeful. There’s pure joy in his voice, a family vibe. He mentions his home state of Tennessee in the rendition of It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas, giving it a personal touch.
