Queen and Adam Lambert have rereleased a new lockdown version of Queen’s classic hit We Are The Champions, converted to You Are The Champions. The single came out for all proceeds going towards the Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund for The World Health Organisation.
The music is Classic Rock with a contemporary musical style. It’s also a touching homage to Queen’s original hit We Are The Champions. It is a joy to hear Brian May playing and Roger Taylor on the drums. The sound quality is incredible, especially with the use of mobile devices and modern technology used while Adam Lambert, Brian May, and Roger Taylor are in their respective homes. Well done!
Adam Lambert performed remarkably and sang from the heart honouring the Frontline Workers. His vocal range is incredible, full of rhythm. He sounds genuine and soulful.
The change in the lyrics from We Are The Champions, to You Are The Champions is smooth and transitional. The focus changed from Queen and Adam Lambert to the Frontline Workers, who are saving lives, the everyday Heroes.
