Happy Women’s History Month, everyone! I’m so excited for this month as it’s a great opportunity to honour female artists. However, it’s not limited only to March to honour incredible female singers and groups.
Throughout March, I will focus primarily on works of remarkable female artists. I’m currently researching some albums, EPs and singles to review. There are two events, however, that I will cover: The nominated songs for the Academy Awards (March 15) and the Junos (March 29), which honour Canadian artists.
I have two examples of albums by female artists I look forward to covering: Em Beihold – Tales of a Failed Shapeshifter and Zaz – Sains et Saufs (Safe & Sound).
Just like my Black History Month article (on February 1), I will be doing an annual intro for Women’s History Month to honour female artists.

I will try to include Indie Music artists. I like to include as many genres as I can.
