What an incredible way to start the 2022 Billboard Music Awards! It was a blast from the past. It brought back memories. Great performances!

-Silk Sonic – Love’s Train
The group gave a dynamic performance. It was vibrant and full of energy – there was an incredible 70s vibe.

-Rauw Alejandro – Todo De Ti
It was upbeat and entertaining.

-Florence & The Machine – My Love
The performance was impressive.

-Elle King & Miranda Lambert – Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)
What a fantastic duet. Their voices complemented each other well.

-Latto – Big Energy
She gave a spirited performance. She sang with passsion.

-Dan + Shay –  I Got You
The country duo gave a touching performance of their romantic single I Got You

Travis Scott – Mafia
The performance was bold and edgy.

-Machine Gun Kelly – Twin Flame
He gave a heartfelt performance, honouring his wife and sang from the heart.

-Ed Sheran – 2-Step
He gave an epic performance from Belfast, Ireland. He sang beautifully.

-Maxwell: Tribute to the 40th Anniversary of Michael Jackson’s album Thriller, performing the song The Lady in My Life
He gave a touching tribute to a popular album.

-Jozzy – Replay
A lovely introduction by P.Diddy
She gave a fantastic performance with her debut single, Replay.

-Burna Boy – 
*Last Last 
He ended the Billboard Music Awards with his two singles’. It was an impressive and edgy performance.


-Top Rock Artist: Glass Animals

-Top Country Duo/Group: Dan + Shay

-The REVOLT Black Excellence Award: Tamika Mallory

-Pepsi Mic Drop Award: Glass Animals

-Billboard Music Icon Award: Mary J Blige
Janet Jackson presented the award and introduced the montage of Mary J Blige’s musical career. Mary J Blige gave a heartwarming and profound speech. She’s a remarkable artist.

-Change Maker Award: Mari Copeny (aka Little Miss Flint)
What an incredible person! She’s an inspiration to us all. She gave a heartfelt and inspirational speech. 

Congratulations again to all the winners of the 2022 Billboard Music Awards. Great job to P.Diddy in hosting the awards shows. He gave the show a lovely dynamic. His speeches throughout the event were positive and inspirational. It was admirable when he mentioned he set up schools in various cities.
