On September 23, 2021, a musical special called Kenny Rogers- All In For The Gambler was on CBS. The concert took place before the COVID-19 pandemic and before Kenny Rogers’ passing in 2020.
The performances were fantastic and joyful. It was a touching homage to Country legend Kenny Rogers with artists singing incredible covers. There was a sense of nostalgia but also a sense of timelessness hearing Kenny Rogers’ classic hits. The show ended with two duets of Kenny Rogers with Dolly Parton, and a solo performance by Ms. Parton with her classic hit I Will Always Love You. This one-hour special did a remarkable job honouring Kenny Rogers.
